Megan Rasquin

Megan Rasquin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Megan started their career as a Lifeguard/ Lifeguard Manager for the Old Westbury Summer Program from June 2009 to August 2015. Megan then worked as a Tour Guide at SUNY Geneseo from September 2012 to December 2015. In 2016, Megan joined Strategic Financial Solutions NY as an Account Associate, staying with the company until July 2017.

Following that, Megan worked as a Graduate Recruitment Executive- North America at First Derivatives from August 2017 to February 2019. First Derivatives is a global technology provider and Megan played a role in providing time series software and IT consulting services to the capital markets industry.

From February 2019 to April 2021, Megan worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Monticello Consulting Group. Megan then moved on to Postlight, where they held the positions of People Operations Associate from April 2021 to January 2022 and People Operations Specialist from January 2022 to July 2022.

In 2022, Megan joined Torii as a People Operations Specialist and remained with the company until June 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Fenergo since August 2023.

Megan Rasquin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from SUNY Geneseo, where they attended from 2012 to 2016.
