Mr. Justin Hsi-Chin Tsai, has joined the board of directors of Feng Tay Company since 2012. Mr. Tsai formerly served as general manager of China Petrochemical Development Corporation and currently serves as director and general manager of Oriental Union Chemical Corporation.
