Mr. Lawrence Chung-Yi Lin, served as a director of the Company from 2012 to 2015. Since 2018, he was elected as an independent director of the company.
Mr. Lin holds a master of Laws degree from Georgetown University in the United States. He has more than 20 years of experience in law firms and is currently the head of Chuang Yue Attorneys at Law.
