Andrea McLean

Andrea McLean, Senior Vice President, Infrastructure Asset Management, is a senior member of Fengate’s Infrastructure team and is responsible for overseeing the asset management of Fengate’s public-private partnerships (P3) portfolio, currently valued at over $800M in equity investments. Andrea is responsible for oversight of both construction and operations of each project, as well as performance analysis and business development. Her role includes overseeing a team of asset managers to ensure proactive engagement with the clients and partners so that highly complex projects are completed on time and on budget and, during operations, that project deliverables, asset performance and stakeholder expectations are achieved while maximizing value for the investors.

Previously with Infrastructure BC, and before that the Provincial Health Services Authority, Andrea has spent her career working in the PPP industry, both on the public and private side. She has held roles in all project phases across the sectors of health, transportation, government, and education.

Andrea holds an MBA from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia and an Honours Bachelor of Science from McGill University.
