Carter Nord

Carter Nord, CPA, currently serves as the Manager of Finance for Real Estate at Fengate Asset Management since May 2022, after holding the position of Senior Financial Analyst within the same department. Prior to this, Carter was a Senior Financial Analyst at Stillbrook Accessible Retirement Residences, where advisory on financing strategies and the development of financial models took place. Experience at PwC Canada included roles as a Senior Associate and Assurance Associate, focusing on audit procedures for financial services and asset management companies. Additional internships at RBC and Providence Healthcare provided a foundation in securities lending and finance operations, respectively. Carter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Honors Business Administration from Ivey Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Organizational Studies from Western University.
