Jadran MacLeod

Jadran MacLeod is a key member of the Fengate Human Resources team and responsible for supporting employee engagement, leadership and development, and health and safety initiatives at Fengate. As a Human Resources Business Partner she is also responsible for directly supporting the Real Estate team and Corporate Services team.

Prior to joining Fengate, Jadran was an HR business partner for agriculture at McCain Foods Canada and responsible for driving the people strategy for the division. Prior to this role, she was a compensation advisor at McCain and was responsible for implementing the pay strategy and designing incentive plans for 5,000 manufacturing division employees across Canada and the U.S. Prior to McCain, Jadran worked at Canadian Tire Corporation and LCBO in compensation and human resources.

Jadran holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca College.
