Maxim Tcherner

Maxim Tcherner is a seasoned private equity professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector and a diverse investment portfolio across business services, industrials, and consumer sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Fengate Asset Management and holding board positions at eMAX Health Systems and GraceMed, Tcherner previously worked as Director of Private Equity at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, where co-led healthcare sector initiatives. Additional board memberships include NVISION Eye Centers, Arterra Wines Canada, and CSC ServiceWorks. Tcherner began a career in finance as an Analyst at Credit Suisse after obtaining an Honours Business Administration degree specializing in Accounting and Finance from Ivey Business School at Western University.
