Mohit Kansal

Mohit Kansal is an experienced leader in the private equity sector, currently serving as Managing Director at Fengate Asset Management since September 2024. Prior to this role, Mohit held various positions at Clairvest Group Inc., including Managing Director, Partner, and Vice President from May 2016 to September 2024. Mohit also serves on the boards of several companies, including FSB Technology, Crictec, Meriplex Communications, FanFight, and Head Digital Works. Earlier in their career, Mohit worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, focusing on strategy and operations in financial services. Mohit holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BASc in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto.
