Lt Cdr Sanjeev Raju

Lt Cdr Sanjeev Raju has a diverse work experience in various sectors. Lt Cdr Sanjeev worked in Fenice Energy as the Vice President of Operations, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were the GM at Fenice Energy from 2021 to 2023. From 2019 to 2021, they worked independently as an advisor to companies, focusing on safety and risk management, quality management, project management, and human resource development. Lt Cdr Sanjeev Raju also has extensive experience in leadership roles at Hindustan Zinc, specifically at Vedanta Resources, from 2010 to 2019. During this time, they led various functions such as human resource development, quality management and audits, and plant and equipment maintenance. Lt Cdr Sanjeev also played a critical role in special projects and procurement, supply chain, and inventory optimization. Before that, they served in the Indian Navy as an engineering officer from 2002 to 2009, where they were involved in critical projects, ship and submarine maintenance, procurement, supply chain, and inventory optimization, as well as human resource development responsibilities. Additionally, Lt Cdr Sanjeev Raju worked as a Manager of Commercial Vehicle Finance at Shriram Investments in 2001 and interned at National Aerospace Laboratories and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited in 1999 and 1998 respectively. Overall, their work experience includes roles in operations, management, advisory, and technical positions throughout their career.

Lt Cdr Sanjeev Raju has a diverse education history. In 2009, they completed the General Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Prior to that, in 2002, they undertook a Specialization Program in Marine Engineering and a Nuclear, Biological, Chemical Damage Control and Fire Fighting Program, both at the Indian Navy. In 2001, Lt Cdr Sanjeev Raju obtained a Diploma in Advanced Computing from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC). Lastly, in 2000, they graduated from Manipal Institute of Technology, earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical field of study.
