Maj Grove has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. In 2007, they began working as a Host and daily manager and Servicemedarbejder at Restaurant Bone's. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Substitute teacher at Virklund Skole and Sjørslev Skole. In 2011, they began working as a Host and daily manager at Jensens Bøfhus. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Marketing Analyst at EduKarma ApS. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Studentermedarbejder at Danske Ejendomsmedier A/S. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Research Assistant at Utrecht University. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Country Manager, Expansion Associate, and Product Manager at Insurello. Since 2020, they have also been Self-Employed, looking for opportunities.

Maj Grove obtained a Research in Public Administration and Organizational Science degree from Utrecht University from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2016, they obtained an English and Organizational Communication degree from Copenhagen Business School in International Business. Before that, from 2007 to 2010, they attended Silkeborg Gymnasium (STX) studying Engelsk og Musik. In addition, they obtained a J.T. O'Donnell on Making Recruiters Come to You certification from LinkedIn in January 2020.
