Jahayra Silvestre

Jahayra Silvestre is an experienced engineering and quality management professional with a robust background in quality assurance and process engineering. Currently serving as Engineering and Quality Manager at Fenix Manufacturing Solutions since April 2016, Jahayra has developed and overseen quality standards and management systems, ensuring compliance and implementing effective inspection methods. Prior to this role, Jahayra held positions at Fenix Manufacturing Solutions as Quality Superintendent and at Hanesbrands Inc. as Superintendente de Calidad, where responsibilities included updating quality standards, conducting analysis reports, and coordinating new product introductions. Jahayra holds a Master of Management & Productivity from Universidad APEC and a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Industrial Engineering, respectively, from Universidad Central del Este.
