Mert Budak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT software management and operations within the maritime and logistics sectors. Currently serving as a Senior IT Software Manager and Operations Manager at Fenix Marine Services since March 2019, Mert has previously held key roles at YILPORT Holding Inc. as a Tos Deployment Technical Project Manager and Planning Specialist. Notable achievements include leading international projects, enhancing digital operations, and optimizing logistics processes across multiple countries. Mert co-founded Shay Logistics, establishing it as a top player in Turkey's logistics market before its acquisition by Ekol Logistics. Mert holds a degree in International Relations from Bilkent University and a background in Mathematics and Turkish from İzmir Deniz Koleji.
