Nick Fiore

Nick Fiore has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Starting in 2002, they worked at Wells Fargo in various positions for eight years. In 2010, they joined Stare Decisis FL, LLC as the Director of Sales and Marketing, where they implemented strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. In 2012, they moved to Fenix Parts and served as the General Manager for the Northeast Florida and Atlanta markets. Their responsibilities included creating benchmarks, leading lean process initiatives, and ensuring business growth. From 2019 to 2021, they took on the role of Area Director of Operations at Fenix Parts, managing operations across a 3-state region and implementing lean management principles. Currently, they are the Regional Vice President at Fenix Parts, assuming a leadership position in 2021.

Nick Fiore earned a degree in Government and Politics, specifically American Government and Politics (United States), from the University of Maryland from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their degree, they have obtained multiple certifications and completed various professional development courses. These include certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Rutgers University - Camden, and numerous courses from LinkedIn on topics such as leadership, management, coaching, and productivity. The most recent certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in 2023, including courses with Lieutenant General Reynold Hoover and former Fortune 100 CEO Ron Williams.
