Eddie Murphy

Eddie Murphy is an experienced professional with over 25 years in the rail industry, currently serving as Operations Director/Product Manager and Technical Director at Fenix Rail Systems since April 2015, focusing on implementing the Tie-FenLock depot control system in the UK. Previously held roles included Global Project Director and Project Director Worldwide, overseeing multi-million pound rail projects both in the UK and internationally. Eddie has also served as Head of Operations at Chase Meadow Signalling, Senior Project Manager at Ansaldo STS, and held various positions at Aurecon and Westinghouse Rail Systems Australia, contributing to significant engineering and project management efforts. Eddie began a career in the British Army as a Control Equipment Technician before progressing through various engineering roles at British Rail and its successor companies, culminating in a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Reading College of Technology.
