Heath Renfrow's work experience begins in 2014 as a Cyber Security Officer for the United States Army Corp of Engineers (USACE), where they worked until 2016. Following this, they served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the United States Army Healthcare from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as the CISO for LEO Cyber Security. In 2020, Renfrow joined The Crypsis Group as a Director (VCISO) until October of the same year. Heath then became a Member of Aphinia in January 2021. Renfrow's next role was as a Founding Member of the Better CyberSecurity Coalition from 2019 onwards. In 2020, they also became the Chief Information Security Officer for Conversant Group and a Forbes Technology Official Council Member. Currently, they serve as the Co-Founder of Fenix24, a disaster recovery service provider. Additionally, Renfrow has experience as a Keynote Speaker for Public Speaking Engagements from 2016 to 2019.
Heath Renfrow holds a Master's degree in Cyber Security Studies from the American Public University System, which they started in 2013 and is currently pursuing. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Management and Technology, although the specific dates of their enrollment are unknown. In terms of additional certifications, Heath obtained the following: Certified SCADA Security Architect (CSSA) in February 2015, Certified Ethical Hacker in September 2013, Certified Network Defense Architect in September 2013, and C|CISO in August 2017. It is unclear whether they have completed a CISSP certification.
