Currently serving as Principal Estates Surveyor at Fenland District Council since June 2022, Bill previously held the role of Senior Estate Surveyor at NPS Peterborough Ltd from February 2017 to June 2022. Bill's expertise includes general practice management of commercial estate portfolios, maximizing rental income, securing property investment opportunities, and improving estate management procedures. Bill has also worked at various organizations, including Huntingdonshire District Council, Serco, Peterborough City Council, and the Environment Agency, demonstrating a strong background in commercial property, asset management, and project management.
