Danielle Callaby

Danielle Callaby is an accomplished Product Development Manager with extensive experience in the food industry, currently working at Fenmarc Produce since March 2022, focusing on prepared vegetables and stir fry development. Prior to this role, Danielle held various positions at Hain Daniels Group from March 2018 to February 2022, including managing both branded and private label plant-based product development, overseeing a team of eight. Additional experience includes managing product development at Cranswick Country Foods PLC, Greencore, Moy Park, and Dairy Crest, with expertise in chilled prepared meals, fresh pork products, and ready-to-cook poultry. Danielle holds a First Class Honours degree in Food Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed in 2013.
