Teo Catarinolo

With a wide range of experience in the food manufacturing and hospitality sector, Teo has a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for food. From his time as Production Manager at QLD based milk brand, Maleny Dairies, Teo has experience dealing with the challenges of processing a commodity with significant variations and a short shelf life. It was during his time working at the community kitchen business unit of IFYS, a not-for-profit organisation that supports people in crisis, that Teo decided he wanted to work for a business that aligned with his values. Having joined Fenn Foods as a production worker, Teo learnt everything about the manufacturing process and grew into the Warehouse Manager role he now holds.
