Richard Dreitzer

Richard Dreitzer has extensive experience in the legal field, specializing in labor and employment law, administrative law, general commercial litigation, and construction. Richard has represented employers in various legal matters, including Title VII, ERISA claims, wage and hour disputes, OSHA proceedings, collective bargaining negotiations, and administrative proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. Additionally, they have a solid background in construction and real estate litigation, representing general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers. Prior to their current role as Director/Attorney at Law at Fennemore Craig, P.C., Dreitzer has held positions at several prominent law firms, including Dreitzer Law, Wilson Elser, Fox Rothschild LLP, and Bullivant Houser Bailey.
