Fraser Duncan

Fraser Duncan is an accomplished manufacturing and operations leader with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. At Fenner Precision Polymers, Fraser served as the Director of Manufacturing, Head of Operations, and Plant Manager. Prior positions include Operations Manager and Manufacturing Manager at Fenner Precision, as well as Interim Plant Manager and Global Director of Operational Excellence at Palladium Energy. Additionally, Fraser held the role of Manufacturing Manager at TDI Batteries. Fraser holds a BA in Management and Electronics from the University of Abertay, obtained in 1997, and furthered education at Cranfield School of Management in 2017.
