Joona Lamppu is currently serving as a Customer Data Manager at Fennia since May 2024, focusing on the accuracy and development of customer data while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Previously employed at Venuu from March 2019 to May 2024, Joona held multiple roles, including Business Development Lead, where new business opportunities were identified and developed, and Customer Success Team Lead, managing a team and fostering relationships with over 1,000 B2B customers. Additional experience at Venuu included roles as Partner Success Specialist and Trainee, emphasizing customer management and collaborative communication. Prior to Venuu, Joona worked at Säästöpankkiryhmä as a Service Advisor, at Apple as a Solutions Consultant, at Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok as a Food and Beverage Trainee, and at Scandic Hotels as a Conference Organizer. Joona holds a Master of Science in Tourism Marketing and Management from the University of Eastern Finland and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
