Jussi Flinkkilä

Jussi Flinkkilä serves as the Director of Technology Development at Fennia since April 2020, focusing on enterprise architecture, information security, quality assurance, project management office, and development portfolio management. Prior to this role, Jussi worked at Nordea for four years as the Head of Enterprise Architecture and Director, where the main responsibility was to drive enterprise-wide common capabilities. Jussi's earlier experience includes positions at Nets Group, where significant contributions were made in digitising value chains and managing transformations in core banking systems, and at Deloitte, providing management consulting services. Jussi's foundational expertise began with roles in various organizations, including UPM Raflatac and the United Nations. Jussi holds an M.Sc. degree from the University of Tampere, with additional education at The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
