Prior experience includes roles as a Recruitment Consultant at both Ellis IT and Ellis Recruitment Group in 2022, where Philip focused on placing IT specialists with top clients. From January 2015 to February 2022, Philip served as the Manager of the Hairdressing facility at the Royal Automobile Club, successfully transforming the operation from a loss to profitability while delivering exceptional customer service to a substantial client base.
