James Conzen is a social science teacher at Chicago Public Schools and Fenton Community High School District 100. James also serves as an IHSA Speech Judge and Assistant Speech Coach, directing various performances and promoting team building and communication skills. In addition, James has experience as a social studies teacher at Children of Peace School, an assistant instructor at Play-Well TEKnologies, and a youth tutor at The Hamdard Center. James holds a B.S.ED in Secondary Education and a B.A. in History from Loyola University Chicago.

Since 1955, District 100 has offered a comprehensive educational program to students in grades 9 - 12. District enrollment for the 2018-2019 school year is 1477. Fenton Community High School has been recognized as one of the “Top High Schools in America” by the Washington Post and a Advanced Placement Honor Roll recipient by College Board District 100 welcomes comments that are relevant to the topic being discussed in our Facebook posts.
