Ned Kirschbaum FAIA, CCCA, LEED AP has over 30 years of experience in the architecture and development industry. Ned started their career at Loup Miller Development Company in 1985 as a Project Architect before joining Fentress Architects in 1990 as a Principal and Technical Design Director. In 2003, they co-founded KGD Architecture, where they served as a Board Member until 2021. Throughout their career, Ned has demonstrated expertise in technical design and project management.
Ned Kirschbaum FAIA, CCCA, LEED AP obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder in the period between 1974 and 1981. Furthermore, they earned the certification of a Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA) from the Construction Specifications Institute in January 2002.
