Brianna Barrón

Brianna Barrón has diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Brianna began their career as a Global Ambassador at International Studies Abroad before co-founding and serving as a Game Strategist at The Grand Escape Room. Brianna then worked as an Operations Specialist at Blue Door Hotel Services, where they implemented a compensation plan and analyzed costs for clients. Brianna later served as a Marketing and Operations Consultant at DNAK Trading Co., Ltd., assisting with operations oversight and marketing campaigns. Brianna also worked as a Community Engagement Coordinator at Reconciliación, where they fundraised and developed a Spanish literacy program. Brianna then took on the role of Operations Consultant at Dyslexia Screening & Tutoring Services, streamlining systems and digitizing resources. Brianna joined First Interstate as a Management Trainee, rotating through various departments and eventually becoming an Operations Improvement Lead, managing a team and implementing training for Paycheck Protection Program loans. Their most recent role was as a Wealth Management Associate at Yellowstone Financial Services, where they supported client acquisition efforts, optimized CRM software, streamlined processes, and designed values-based portfolios. Brianna is currently a Financial Consultant at Fenway Search & Consulting Group.

Brianna Barrón attended Carroll College from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Health Sciences and Spanish. In 2014, they briefly studied at the Universidad de Granada, focusing on Spanish and Iberian Studies. Additionally, they have obtained the Series 65 certification from FINRA in May 2021 and the Cultivating Mental Agility certification from LinkedIn in July 2019.
