Nancy Foster

Nancy Foster has extensive retail leadership experience, currently serving as Store Director and overseeing Retail Operations at Fenwick since December 2018. In addition, Nancy is a Director on the board of Our Colchester, actively involved in initiatives to enhance the Colchester City Centre for local communities and businesses since March 2020. Prior to these roles, Nancy worked at Debenhams from February 2005 to December 2018, where responsibilities included Head of Retail Processes and Change Management, Head of Store Operations and Transformation, as well as various senior managerial positions.
