Ian Goldstein

Ian Goldstein is a partner in the Corporate Group at Fenwick & West, specializing in strategic and transactional guidance for entrepreneurs, business enterprises, and investors in the technology and life sciences industries. Since May 2016, Ian has led the corporate venture practice and co-led the startup group at Fenwick. Previously, between June 2012 and March 2020, Ian served as a mentor and advisor at TigerLabs, a startup accelerator in Princeton. From September 1995 to May 2016, Ian was a partner at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, where chairing the Emerging Company and Venture Capital Practice Group was a key responsibility. Ian began the career as an associate at the same firm, handling a variety of transactional and advisory matters. Additionally, Ian was the general counsel at HoopsTV.com in 2000, where responsibilities included negotiating venture financings and strategic partnerships. Ian earned a JD from Rutgers Law School and a BS in Economics from Rutgers University.
