Lara Foster

Lara Foster is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as a Partner at Fenwick and West since October 2011. Foster’s expertise encompasses startup and venture capital, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets concerning public companies.
