Han-Willem Wöltgens has extensive work experience in operations management and engineering roles. Han-Willem is currently serving as the Director of Operations at FENZI Official since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Operations at Johnson Matthey from 2021 to 2022.

From 2017 to 2021, Han-Willem served as the Chief Productivity Officer at Scheuten, where they also held various production and operations management positions. These include roles such as Productie Manager-Gelaagd Gehard/BIPV, Production Manager-Base Glass Products, and Operations Manager BIPV. Han-Willem was responsible for managing productivity, production processes, and operations for different glass products.

Before joining Scheuten, Han-Willem worked at Scheuten Solar as a Program Manager for Central Engineering in 2011-2012. Han-Willem was in charge of managing the product engineering group and overseeing product change processes. Additionally, they served as a Product & Process Engineer for BIPV, where they connected solar and glass technology to create innovative building integrated PV solutions.

Han-Willem also has experience in the education sector, working as a Teacher of Physics & Chemistry at Charlemagnecollege Landgraaf in 2010.

Prior to their roles at Scheuten Solar, Han-Willem worked at AudioDev AB as a Manager of Project Engineering from 2003 to 2009. Their responsibilities included promoting technical solutions and supporting the sales organization in various regions. Han-Willem also worked as a Product Manager, where they promoted measurement solutions and monitored developments in market segments such as flat panel displays and automotive.

Han-Willem Wöltgens obtained a Master's degree in Physics from RWTH Aachen University in 1998, followed by a Doctorate in Physics from the same university in 2003.
