Jessica Allison holds a dual degree in Master of Public Policy and Master of Business Administration from Mills College, where they established a strong foundation in business administration and public policy analysis. Currently serving as a Managing Consultant at Filsinger Energy Partners, they support electric utilities in wildfire risk mitigation and regulatory compliance. Previously, Jessica worked as a Principal Wildfire Strategy and Planning Analyst at Portland General Electric and held roles at the California Public Utilities Commission and the California Public Advocates Office, specializing in energy efficiency and electrification policy. Throughout their career, Jessica has focused on solving complex energy challenges with a data-informed, equity-aware perspective.
