NNH Srinivas currently serves as the Head of Asset Management at First Energy (A Thermax Group Company) since December 2024. Prior to this role, NNH Srinivas was the Corporate Cluster Head for Operations & Asset Management at Adani Green Energy Ltd. from September 2010 to December 2024, managing over 2GWp of solar power plants and focusing on revenue generation and KPI monitoring. NNH Srinivas also worked as a Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer at GVK from July 2007 to September 2010, where responsibilities included electrical maintenance operations and optimization of power systems. NNH Srinivas holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Emeritus and a Master of Technology in Power Systems - High Voltage Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada.
