Marvin Rebong has extensive experience in customer and technical support, currently serving as a Customer Support Team Lead at Fergus since August 2017, after holding the position of Technical Support Officer. Previously, Marvin worked at Concentrix from January 2016 to August 2017 as a Product Specialist and Technical Support Advisor. Prior to that, Marvin was a student at Regent International Education Group from May 2015 to April 2016, following a role as a Technical Support Specialist at SPi Global from January 2011 to March 2015. Marvin holds a Diploma in Information Technology from Regent International Group Education, earned between 2015 and 2016.
