Christopher Williams

Christopher Williams is a seasoned corporate attorney with over 25 years of experience in corporate securities, mergers and acquisitions, transactional and compliance matters. Currently a shareholder at Ferguson Braswell Fraser Kubasta PC since February 2018, Christopher specializes in areas including public offerings, private placements, public company reporting, and corporate governance. Previous experience includes a long tenure as a shareholder at Winstead PC, where similar expertise was demonstrated. Christopher holds a Juris Doctor degree from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Oklahoma.
