Kyle Ferguson is the Founder & CEO of Ferguson Braswell Fraser Kubasta PC, a full-service corporate law firm in Plano, TX. Kyle has extensive experience in business law, corporate transactions, and securities law. Prior to founding FBFK, Kyle worked as an Associate Attorney at Jackson Walker LLP and Munck Wilson Mandala LLP. Kyle holds an MBA from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business, a JD from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, and a Bachelor's in Business Management from Vanguard University of Southern California.
