Michael Walenciak

Michael Walenciak is an experienced attorney currently serving as Of Counsel at Ferguson Braswell Fraser Kubasta PC since May 2019. With a diverse background in law, Michael has held various roles including Owner-Operator at Generator Supercenter of McKinney and Vice President & General Counsel at OneSource Virtual, where leadership of the legal team occurred during significant corporate growth. Previous experience includes attorney positions at Ferguson, Braswell & Fraser, PC, Boyd-Veigel, P.C., and Gibson, McClure & Wallace, LLP, as well as practice as a solo attorney. A strong educational foundation includes an MBA in Finance from the University of Oklahoma – Price College of Business and a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oral Roberts University.
