Martin Magilton

Martin Magilton is a Junior Project Engineer at Ferguson Marine (Port Glasgow) Limited, with previous experience as a Marine Engineering Officer for the Home Office and a Production Operative at Honeywell. Prior roles include serving as a Warehouse Operative at Lidl UK and a Third Engineering Officer on the Silver Wind cruise ship for Silversea Cruises, where responsibilities involved overseeing engine room operations and maintenance of machinery. Martin began a career in engineering as an Engine Cadet with Royal Caribbean International, culminating in eight months of sea time while studying at Glasgow College of Nautical Studies. Martin holds a BEng (Hons) in Computer Aided Mechanical Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University and an HNC in Marine Engineering from Glasgow College of Nautical Studies.
