Kim Haarh

Kim Haarh has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kim started their career as a Business Trainee at Himolla Polstermöbelwerk in Germany and later at Scandinavia Inc. in the USA. Kim then worked as a Team Leader in the Logistics Department at FLSmidth A/S before taking on various IT-related roles within the company, including Global Business Project Manager for Business Transformation and Global IT Project Manager. Kim also served as the Deputy of the Project & Portfolio Management Office and as the Portfolio Manager for Internal Projects and Infrastructure Management. At FLSmidth A/S, Haarh also held the positions of IS/IT Security Manager and Team Lead for Business Relations Management. Kim continued their IT career as an IT Project Manager at EDC-gruppen a/s, where they successfully managed the GDPR project. Currently, Haarh is the Head of IT at Feriepartner Danmark, leading a team of IT professionals and overseeing IT development, project execution, and process optimization. Throughout their career, Haarh has demonstrated strong leadership, management, and strategic planning skills.

Kim Haarh completed a Leadership Programme from the Confederation of Danish Industries in 2014. From 2002 to 2004, they pursued a Professional Career Development Programme (PCDP) at the MBM Resource Group in the USA. Additionally, they participated in a Personal Leadership Programme at the FLSmidth Academy from 2001 to 2003. In terms of formal education, Haarh acquired a Diploma in Trade & Economics from the Copenhagen Business School in 1982-1983, and they obtained a High School Diploma in Language and Social Studies from Marie Kruses Skole in 1980-1982. Haarh also holds certifications, such as ITIL Foundation V3, Prince2 Foundation, and Prince2 Practitioner, which were obtained from the Office of Government Commerce in the United Kingdom, although the specific years of acquisition are not provided.
