Early career roles included international sales assistant at Newline A/S and operator at Bates Cargo-Pak. Nicole has a strong background in team management, having led customer service teams at both LN Eurocom Tele Services A/S and DTF travel, focusing on employee development and satisfaction. Nicole holds a degree in tourism from Turistakademiet and completed prior education at Mariagerfjord Handelsskole and Varde gymnasium.
