Christina Nielsen

Christina Nielsen serves as Team Lead Sales Support at ferm LIVING since March 2018, overseeing support for Agents and Direct Customers across multiple countries, managing training programs for internal staff, and executing onboarding for new employees. Previously, Christina held a key account and webshop responsibility in Customer Service at Rosemunde Copenhagen, and worked as a Receptionist at By Malene Birger A/S, where duties included direct customer service and administrative tasks. Christina's career began in hotel management and reception at Pousada Mundo Verde, following an education in hospitality and tourism management at Hotel og restaurantskolen from 2007 to 2009.
