Thomas Riis

Thomas Riis is a partner at Maj Invest Equity, a leading Danish private equity fund focused on midcap companies with growth and value potential, a position held since August 2008. In addition to this role, Thomas serves as a board member for several companies, including ferm LIVING, Wendelbo, and Sticks'n'Sushi. Past board memberships include Itadel A/S, Muuto, JKF Industri A/S, BLIP Systems, Atchik, and Da'core A/S, with notable successful exits from Muuto to Knoll Inc., JKF Industri A/S to Group SFPI (Neu), and BLIP Systems to Gentrack. Thomas holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Copenhagen, completed in 2008.
