Neil Ferrari

Neil Ferrari is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Owner of X-Star and a Project Manager at Ferma Corporation since March 2013. In this role, Neil oversees various project management responsibilities including forecasting, cost reporting, schedule maintenance, client relations, and contract management. Previously, Neil held positions as a Project Engineer and a Junior Estimator, where responsibilities included estimating new work and conducting site visits. Neil earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Arizona State University, completing the degree between 2005 and 2012.
