Colin Steers

Colin Steers has a diverse work experience history, starting as a Women's Soccer Manager at Carleton College in 2006. Colin then worked at the University of Virginia as a Lab Assistant before transitioning to roles at Relay Foods, including Operations Team Lead and Marketing Associate. Their experience also includes positions at Early Mountain Vineyards and Relay Foods. Currently, Colin is serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Fermata Energy, where they have held various roles since 2016, demonstrating a strong background in management and customer experience.

Colin Steers completed a BA in Neuroscience and Psychology at Carleton College from 2005 to 2009. Colin then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Systems Engineering at the University of Virginia from 2015 to 2016.
