Colleen Raffin is an experienced engineer specializing in industrialization and fermentation processes in the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as an Industrialization and Continuous Improvement Engineer at FERMENTALG since February 2022, Colleen's role involves the industrialization of new processes developed by the R&D department, qualification of industrialization companies, and implementation of industrialization strategies. Previously, Colleen held positions as a Fermentation Engineer and in R&D Fermentation within the same company, overseeing laboratory-scale tests and optimizing fermentation processes for algal protein production. Colleen also has experience as an Intervenante at Complétude, providing personalized tutoring across various subjects and educational levels.
