Joseph Joy

Joseph Joy possesses over three decades of experience in sales and business development across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Sales and Business Development at Fermer Precision Inc since 2019, Joseph focuses on expanding markets for high precision machining applications. Prior to this role, Joseph was Vice President of Sales at Gaia Group USA LLC, where sales grew from inception to $10 million in the first year. As President of Klein-Joy Marketing LLC from 2004 to 2015, Joseph established a significant presence in the retail sector, specializing in housewares and small appliances. Joseph’s career began at Utica Cutlery Co as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, managing diverse client accounts domestically and internationally. Joseph holds an education from Herkimer College from 1980 to 1983.
