Brecht Lamote

Brecht Lamote is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food industry. As a co-founder of FERM and FERMfeest since 2018, Brecht has been instrumental in establishing these ventures. Prior to this, Brecht held the position of Lab Assistant in Research and Development at Fuji Oil Europe from 2012 to 2023, contributing to product innovation and quality assurance. Brecht also gained hands-on experience as a chocolatier at Neuhaus from 2010 to 2011. Educational background includes studies at Ter Groene Poorte Brugge from 2002 to 2010, providing a solid foundation in culinary arts.
