Marty Muchnok

Marty Muchnok is an experienced insurance executive currently serving as President and Co-Founder of Fern Rock Risk Partners since September 2023, focusing on building strong relationships with independent insurance brokerages. Previously, Marty held the position of President at First National Insurance Agency from June 2015 to 2023, where oversight of 115 employees led to the doubling of the agency's annual revenue within a $25 million revenue framework. Prior roles include Regional Vice President at First Niagara Risk Management from 2010 to 2015, where responsibilities encompassed high-growth region management and new business production, and Senior Vice President of Property Casualty at RTI Insurance Services from 2005 to 2010, where leadership efforts transformed sales processes.
