Gautam Saraf

Gautam Saraf serves as the Global Chief Human Resource Officer at FNP, bringing extensive experience in human resources across various industries. Previously, Gautam held the position of Head HR for Colorbar Cosmetics and 24Seven Retail at Godfrey Phillips India Limited and was the Regional HR Head for South Asia at VFS Global. Gautam's background includes significant roles at Yum! Brands, including Head of Corporate HR, C&B & Center of Excellence, as well as Sr. Regional Human Resource Manager for North & Central India and Regional Manager for Staffing. Additional experience includes serving as the Regional Head of People Resource (HR & Training) for McDonald's India and prior positions as an Operation Consultant and Area Supervisor. Gautam holds a PGCHRM in Human Resources Management and Services from XLRI Jamshedpur and received foundational education at the Institute of Hotel Management, Bhopal from 1998 to 2001.
