Vivek Dwivedi

Vivek Dwivedi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management. Currently serving as General Manager at Ferns N Petals since January 2019, Vivek also held the role of Deputy General Manager Operations in the same organization, which is recognized as India’s largest gifting destination with a significant presence both domestically and internationally. Prior to this, Vivek worked at Zomato as an Operations Manager from February 2017 to July 2023, and at Convergys from February 2011 to December 2016, where responsibilities included Team Leader and Senior Team Leader roles. Vivek holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts from Lucknow University, which was obtained between 2006 and 2009.
