Jemma Catt is a seasoned fitness and sports professional with extensive experience in strength and conditioning, personal training, and sports therapy. Currently serving as the Head Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Hawthorn Football Club since March 2022, Jemma provides critical support to players in areas such as massage, taping, and hydration. Previous roles include being a Strength and Conditioning Coach for Old Yarra Cobras FC and supporting the VFLW season as an intern. Jemma is also a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at Fernwood Fitness, specializing in Les Mills Body Combat and bootcamp sessions. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Applied Sport Science from Deakin University and a Graduate Certificate in Strength and Conditioning. Jemma's background comprises a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Science/Bachelor of Commerce, alongside certifications in personal training.
